Estimates are good-faith ranges until we confirm them in person; we show up insured; you tell us about hidden hazards on your property; and we treat each other fairly. The details:
Estimates & quotes
Online calculator results and photo-based ballparks are estimates, not binding quotes. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote after an on-site assessment. Roughly 15% of jobs encounter unforeseen conditions (root systems, buried utilities, hidden decay); if conditions materially change the scope, we’ll discuss it with you before proceeding.
Scheduling & weather
Tree work is weather-dependent. If wind, lightning, or ground conditions make work unsafe, we’ll reschedule promptly at no penalty to you.
Your property & responsibilities
Please tell us before work begins about septic systems and drain fields, irrigation lines, invisible pet fences, buried wiring, and anything else hidden below ground or behind vegetation. We locate public utilities where required, but private lines are the owner’s responsibility to disclose. Please keep people and pets clear of the work zone.
Permits & HOA approvals
We determine whether your city or county requires a permit and assist with or file the application, and we prepare HOA documentation on request. Issuance of permits and approvals rests with the relevant authority or association, not with us.
Debris, wood & chips
By default we haul all debris. If you choose the debris discount, wood and/or chips remain on your property, neatly piled, and become your responsibility after we leave. Free chip drops apply within our service area for material up to the posted diameter.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed in your quote.
Insurance & limitation of liability
We are licensed and carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance; certificates are available on request. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability is limited to direct damages arising from our work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for pre-existing conditions such as diseased, decayed, or previously damaged trees.
